Follow these 4 steps to Split Excel Files to Worksheets Based on Rows. This function would not split a large file to several small files, but it would split each worksheet to smaller ones based the rows you set.

1. Add Excel Files You Want to Split

Drag and drop Excel XLS/XLSX files onto Excel Splitter File list to add, or click the "Add" button and select Excel files from the dialog.

2. Select the Splitting Type

Select "to Sheets based on Rows" option in the "Split" drop list, choose the output format in the "Output" drop list (XLSX by default), and set the output path in the "Save to" option.

3. Set Rows to Split and the Heading Rows

Set the rows number and input the heading rows number. For example, if you want to split every 5 rows to a new worksheet, and the first 2 rows are the title/heading lines, you can enter "5" in the first box and "2" in the second box.
